The story follows three highly curious but irritably clumsy scientists in their assignment to construct a clear line of events: What is this place? What was it used for? Who occupied this space? In an unexpected turn of events, their timeline is pulled into several directions as they interact with each object. They try to find a way back but find themselves stuck in a loop.
